LEGAL NOTICE BancFirst, 100 North Broadway Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma 73102 intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to merge with SpiritBank, 4815 South Harvard Avenue, Suite 100, Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma 74135, and establish branches at the locations of SpiritBank. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application, including the record of performance of applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs.
