LEGAL NOTICE Bucks County will receive electronic bid responses until 11:30 AM on August 3, 2026, for: Bucks County Emergency Services Building Dry Cooler Replacement. A mandatory site visit will be held on July 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM at 911 Freedom Way, Warminster, PA. A security deposit (cash, certified check, cashier check or properly executed bid bond) for 5% is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. Maintenance Bond is required in the amount of 10% of the contract. Bidders are advised Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates, determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry, must be paid to all workers employed on this project.
