LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Portage Area Regional Transportation Authority (PARTA) is requesting proposals for: Fire Suppression System Rehabilitation Detailed specifications are available by contacting Ashley Forbes, Procurement Manager, at 330-678-7745, ext. 110, or by emailing: aforbes@partaonline.org. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with requirements set forth in RFP #2026 Fire Suppression System Rehab, and must be received in the administrative offices of PARTA on or before Friday, August 7, 2026, by 4:00 PM EST. There will be NO public bid opening. All bidders certify that they are not on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible Contractors by signing the proposal page. Proposals from individuals/entities that are presently disbarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by the state of Ohio or the federal government will be disqualified. PARTA reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to re-advertise for proposals and to waive any informality in any proposal and to determine the most responsive proposal by its own criteria, as described within the RFP. PARTA further advises prospective bidders that all bids must be filed on the forms provided by the Authority and that all bids must be clearly marked on the lower left side of the outermost envelope with the words, ATTN: #2026 Fire Suppression System Rehab.
