LEGAL NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Architectural Services Town of Rudy, Arkansas The Town of Rudy, Arkansas is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural firms licensed to practice architecture in the State of Arkansas for professional architectural services associated with the renovation of the Rudy Municipal Building. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. §§ 19-11-801 through 19-11-805 governing the procurement of professional services. Firms shall be selected on the basis of qualifications and demonstrated competence. Price proposals shall not be submitted with the Statement of Qualifications. Interested firms may obtain the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from the Town of Rudy by contacting the City Attorney's Office. Submission Deadline: 12:00 p.m. (Noon), Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
