LEGAL NOTICE Region 16 ESC will accept sealed Request for Offers (RFO) on items in the following categories until 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 11, 2026. RFO #R16-08-26 Sponsorships for Region 16 ESC Partnerships with Purpose Pursuant to the Texas Education Code, Region 16 ESC may consider the following in determining to whom to award this contract: 1.) The financial contribution offered (must meet the minimum tier requirements): 40%; 2.) The extent to which the partner's mission and core values align with Region 16 ESC's goal of leadership development: 20%; 3.) The reputation of the sponsor and their standing in the community: 15%; 4.) The quality of the sponsor's brand, goods, or services presented: 15%; 5.) The vendor's past relationship with Region 16 ESC: 5%; 6.)
