LEGAL NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS — EXTENSION OF BID OPENING VILLAGE OF OXFORD, NEW YORK PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Oxford has authorized an extension for the submission of sealed bids for the Village Fire Station Renovation Project. The public bid opening, originally scheduled for June 30, 2026 at 2 p.m., has been postponed. Sealed proposals will now be received by the Village Clerk at Village Hall, PO Box 866, 20 Lafayette Park, Oxford New York 13830, or vgoxfordny@gmail.com until July 13, 2026 at 2 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. ADDITIONAL WALKTHROUGH: A second, non-mandatory, pre-bid site walkthrough will be held at the Village Fire Station, 20 Main Street Oxford New York, on July 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. for all interested contractors. All prospective bidders must download and acknowledge Addendum No. 1, which details these schedule changes.
