You are hereby notified that Plaintiffs Rufus C. Reynolds and Patricia Weaver have filed a Complaint in the Superior Court of Marion County, Indiana, to quiet title to the following described real estate based on adverse possession, and for related relief including constructive trust, unjust enrichment, fraud/constructive fraud, abuse of process, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and slander of title:
The property commonly known as 3369 N Broadway Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46205, Parcel No. 49-06-24-142-095.000-101, legally described as OSGOODS FOREST PK 89.25' W END L139, in Center Township, Marion County, Indiana.
The property commonly known as 3365 N Broadway Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46205, Parcel No. 49-06-24-142-096.000-101, legally described as OSGOODS FOREST PK L140, in Center Township, Marion County, Indiana.
The purpose of this proceeding is to quiet title to the above-described real estate in the name of Plaintiffs Rufus C. Reynolds and Patricia Weaver. Plaintiff has named as defendants all persons known to have a claim or interest in the real estate, including Diane Jones, Victoria Muriel LLC, Evergreen Land Holdings LLC, and Prompt Cash Home Buyers, LLC.
If you claim any title to or interest in said real estate, you are required to file your written appearance and answer to the Complaint in said Court within thirty (30) days after the date of the last publication of this notice. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint, and your claimed title or interest in the real estate may be forever barred and quieted in favor of the Plaintiff.
This notice is published pursuant to Indiana Trial Rule 4.13 and Indiana Code § 32-30-3-14.
