TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANT STUART ROFFMAN: A Complaint has been commenced against you in the Norfolk County (MA) Superior Court, 650 High Street, Dedham, Massachusetts 02026, by Plaintiff Republic Bank & Trust Company, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 235, §§ 14 and 23A, seeking to recognize and domesticate a final judgment rendered in the State of Florida against you in the case captioned Republic Bank & Trust Company v. Amstar Tampa, LLC, et al., filed in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County (FL) bearing Case No. 2019-CA-4861. You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon file your answer to the complaint, which is hereby served upon you, within twenty (20) days after publication of this summons, exclusive of the day of publication.
