LEGAL NOTICE TO VENDORS
The Ohio Schools Council (OSC), representing more than three hundred (300) school districts across Northern Ohio, is soliciting competitive quotations for Local Hydroponic Lettuce on behalf of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD). The contract period will run from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
Delivery is required once per week—preferably on Mondays (or Tuesdays if Monday is a recognized holiday)—between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to the Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) Central Kitchen located at 16807 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44110.
Copies of the detailed bid specifications must be secured from the Ohio Schools Council, 6393 Oak Tree Blvd., Suite 377, Independence, OH 44131, by contacting Tami Perkins at tperkins@osconline.org.
Submission Deadline & Requirements: Vendors wishing to submit quotations must deliver their proposal both electronically via email to krocco@osconline.org AND via hard copy to the OSC office. All submissions must be received no later than Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
The Cooperative Purchasing Program of the OSC is a voluntary organization of school districts, municipalities, and other non-profit organizations. The Council functions under its own stated procedures and general conditions for securing competitive quotations.
