LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF WAYLAND IFB#26-1026 Town Building Gymnasium Roof Replacement The Town of Wayland invites sealed general bids for the removal and replacement of the existing shingle roofing system on the Town Building Gymnasium, including but not limited to all underlayments, flashings, fasteners and accessories down to the roof deck. All IFB documents will be available starting April 22, 2026 by downloading them at www.wayland.ma.us/bids. General bids must be submitted in person at the Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778. A bid bond of 5% of the total bid is required for all general bidders. Each general bid must include a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and an Update Statement (Form CQ3) for the respective trade. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 30 days. General bids will be received in person at Wayland Town Hall until May 15, 2026 at 10:00AM. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage applies for this project. Additional information can be found in the complete IFB documents. The Town of Wayland reserve the right to accept or reject any/all bids and/or waive minor informalities.
