Proposed FY 2026 CDBG Application
The Winchendon Board of Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing on March 23, 2026, at 6:30 PM in Winchendon Town Hall, 109 Front Street, Winchendon, MA regarding a proposed FY2026 application by the Town of Winchendon to the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities for up to $950,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds. The projects under consideration include: Beech Street Infrastructure Improvements Phase II. Additional projects may be discussed and may be included in the grant application.
If awarded, the Town of Winchendon will be responsible for administration of the grant program, with assistance from the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission.
All persons with questions or comments regarding the grant application will have an opportunity to be heard.
