LEGAL NOTICE The Water Access, Treatment & Reuse Alliance (WATR Alliance) Water Quality Control Commission Docket No. WQCC 25-34 Proposed Amendments to 20.6.8 NMAC – Ground and Surface Water Protection Supplemental Requirements for Reuse of Treated Produced Water The Water Access, Treatment & Reuse Alliance (WATR Alliance) will host a series of Open House and Public Outreach Sessions to inform and engage the public on proposed amendments to 20.6.8 NMAC. These amendments address supplemental requirements for the reuse of treated produced water and aim to strengthen protections for ground and surface water across the state. These sessions will include informational displays, staff presentations, and opportunities for public comment. All interested individuals, organizations, and stakeholders are encouraged to attend.
