LEGAL NOTICE VESTAL FIRE DISTRICT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are hereby sought by the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Vestal Fire District, Town of Vestal New for the PROPOSED WORK TO RESURFACE THE CONRETE FLOOR IN THE APPARATUS BAY OF STATION #1. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed, post-paid package marked "CONCRETE FLOOR RESURFACING – STATION #1" and addressed to Vestal Fire District Office, 1136 Front Street, Suite 1, Vestal, New York 13850. Such bids shall be received in the Fire District's Office by 12:00pm on July 15, 2026. Bids will be open and read aloud on July 15, 2026, at 2pm at the Vestal Fire District Office. Proposals must be made upon the bidder's letterhead and signed by a duly authorized representative of the bidder. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the date opening but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids. Copies of the BID SPECIFICATION may be obtained at the Fire District's Office – Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
