Proposed structure is 552 sq. ft. Proposed structure height is 17 ft at the peak which exceeds the maximim height of 15 ft. for an accessory structure. The applicant may also seek any such other variances and wavers that may be required. The Sayreville Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing on the application to be held on July 22, 2026 at 7:30 pm in Borough Hall.
