LEGAL NOTICEOf Intent to Appear Before the Sayreville Zoning Board of Adjustment
An application requesting development approval has been filed by Barry J Nielsen for 746 Bordentown Avenue Block Number 411.02 Lot Number 1 for the construction of a detached two car garage 23 ft by 24 ft which exceeds the maximum size of for an an accessory structure of 150 sq. ft. Proposed structure is 552 sq. ft. Proposed structure height is 17 ft at the peak which exceeds the maximim height of 15 ft. for an accessory structure. The applicant may also seek any such other variances and wavers that may be required. The Sayreville Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing on the application to be held on July 22, 2026 at 7:30 pm in Borough Hall. The application may be reviewed in the Board Secretary's office in the Sayreville Construction Office, 49 Dolan Street, Sayreville NJ, during the ten (10) days prior to the meeting. This notice is required by law and is being published at the direction of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
