LIVINGSTON COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the County of Livingston, State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held by the Livingston County Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. in the Livingston County Historic Courthouse, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, Illinois, relative to the review of an application for a Special Use for an electric substation, in an AG, Agricultural District, on the following described real estate to wit: PIN # 09 34 100 004 S34 T29 R5 75.87 ACRES W1/2 NW (EXC 4.123 ACS ACROSS WEST PORTION SOLD TO STATE FOR RTE #23 IN B342 P49), commonly known as 21622 North 1500 East Road, Pontiac, Illinois. As a result of the petition of the applicant being Jason Risdall, 26 E. Superior St., Suite 309, Duluth MN 55802, owned by Enbridge, Incorporated, 21979 N. 1500 E. Rd., Pontiac, IL 61764, with said petition being on file as Livingston County Zoning Case SU-4-26 Enbridge Substation, which is available for examination in the Livingston County Regional Planning Commission Office, 112 W.
