LIVINGSTON COUNTY ZONING PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the County of Livingston, State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held in the Livingston County Historic Courthouse, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, IL, by the Livingston County Zoning Board of Appeals at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 5, 2026, relative to the review of an application for a special use to allow for the property to be used as a craft and service occupation in AG, Agricultural District. The proposed use is an equipment sales, servicing, and rental business, on property located at 35915 E. 800 North Rd, Chatsworth, IL, Chatsworth Township, Livingston County, Illinois, with property identification number of 27-27-01-400-009.
