LIVINGSTON COUNTY ZONING PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the County of Livingston, State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held by the Livingston County Regional Planning Commission on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., as well as the Livingston County Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 6:00 P.M., in the Livingston County Historic Courthouse, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, Illinois, for the purpose for reviewing a proposed amendment to the text of the Livingston County Zoning Regulations as follows: Proposed Text Amendment to Chapter 56, Section 56-687, Code of Ordinances, Livingston County, Illinois, recommending to establish a general setback of 25 feet from public rights-of-way for fencing in the Agricultural and Industrial Districts where such fencing surrounds a use other than a residential or agricultural use that is not otherwise specified in the Code of Ordinances. As a result of the petition of the Livingston County Board, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, IL. of which the petition is on file as Case ZT-5-26. This petition is available for examination in the office of the Livingston County Regional Planning Commission, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, IL.
