LOMR Case No. 25-04-3532P The Lee County Department of Community Development in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of Lee County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located with Crystal Drive to the north, Blasingim Road to the west, JV Parker Lane to the east, and the townhome community to the south. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Case No. 25-04-3532P for a completed project involving constructed lakes. JR Evans Engineering, P.A. is proposing to update the FIRM Hydrologic and Hydraulic Models completion of a multi-family residential development. Once the project has been completed, a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) request should be submitted that will, in part, revise the following flood hazards along several ponding areas and lakes. Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) will increase and be established for the shallow areas and lakes.The SFHA will be widening and narrowing. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Lee County Department of Community Development office at 1500 Monoroe St, Fort Myers, FL 33901.
