LRWD Water Tank Sealed bids will be received for the Licking Regional Water District until 2:00 PM EST, Thursday October 23, 2025 at 8675 York Road, Pataskala, OH for the Outville water storage tank. Bids may be hand delivered to the address above or mailed to 69 Zellers Ln, Pataskala, OH 43062 (FedEx or UPS) or P.O. Box 215 Etna, OH 43018 (USPS). Bids will be opened and read aloud after the specified closing time. Interested parties are welcome to attend. Bids received after the noted time will not be accepted. The project involves site improvements, 1 million gallon composite elevated tank and foundation, electrical and controls, interior and exterior finishes, and demolition of an existing multi-leg tank. The engineer's estimate for the project is $10 million. Bid documents may be examined at AECOM's office (277 West Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH) or the Owner's office (8675 York Road, Pataskala, OH). A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 8675 York Road, Pataskala, OH at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 8. Only bidders who have purchased a set of documents may submit a bid and will be the only entities that will receive addenda.
