PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following petitioner has filed for inclusion into the Silver Springs General Improvement District boundaries for the purpose of sewer service to the following described property: NVLCO Lyon County, LLC, 3200 Cherry Creek South, Suite 700 Denver, Co 80209, to expand the service area boundaries of the Silver Springs General Improvement District to include parcel 015-091-15. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the public hearing will be held on March 19th, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Commission Chambers located at 27 South Main Street, Yerington, NV. A copy of the Petition is available for review at the Lyon County Clerk's Office, 27 S. Main Street, Yerington, NV. All interested persons are invited to attend and address their views.
