Lafayette Theater Renovations - Notice to Bidders As the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Kettelhut Construction, Inc. ("Kettelhut Construction") shall accept bids for the City of Lafayette - Lafayette Theater Renovation – Demolition and Roofing Package project located in Lafayette, Indiana, pursuant to Indiana Code S-32. BID PACKAGES: No. 01 – General Trades Demolition No. 02 – Masonry No. 03 – Structural Steel No. 04 – Roofing No. 05 – Fire Protection Demolition No. 06 – Mechanical / Plumbing Demolition No. 07 – Electrical Demolition Bid Submission Kettelhut will receive sealed bids for the Bid Packages included herein on Wednesday July 8, 2026, until 2pm EDT. Bids can be turned in prior to 2pm on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at the following address and location: Kettelhut Construction, Inc. 740 Sagamore Parkway South, Lafayette, IN 47905 Attention: Davis Clutter, Project Manager Bids can be received electronically (Preferred Method) up until 2PM EST, Wednesday, July 8, 2026, via Pipeline Suite Bid Submission feature. All bidders shall contact Kettelhut's office (765-447-2181 or kci@kettelhut.com) a minimum of five days prior to this deadline to verify they are actively registered in their Pipeline database and have received an Invitation to Bid which are both required in order to submit a bid electronically on this project. Bids combining multiple packages are allowed but will only be accepted if the bidder also includes bids for each individual Package included. All Packages included in combination bids must be clearly identified on the Pipeline Combination Bid Form and separate Bid Forms must be submitted for each individual Package and combination thereof. No bids will be accepted on Pipeline after the bid deadline.
