Lake Treatments Notice: Application of the following herbicides may be made by boat/backpack sprayer to control Cattails, Phragmites, aquatic plants/algae at Brook Lk (Morris Co.); Buckmire Pd, Farmstead CC Pds & Lake, Heritage Lakes at the Quarry, Perona Farms Pd, Sunset Lks-Upper & Lower (Sussex Co.); Raisch Pd, Lk Susquehanna (Warren Co.); April 1, 2026 to May 1, 2026: Sonar (fluridone), Clipper (flumioxazin), Tribune (diquat dibromide), Aquathol-K (endothall), Hydrothol-191(endothall), AquaNeat (glyphosate), Clearcast (imazamox), ProcellaCor (florpyrauxifen), Habitat (imazapyr), Nautique (copper), Cutrine-Plus (copper), Argos (copper) or Copper Sulfate. A copy of the label for the aquatic pesticide(s) that will be used is available upon request: Lorraine Mizak, Great Blue Inc. (95986A), 980 Old Foundry Rd., Newton, NJ 07860, 973-300-0800. Prior notification of date of application will be provided by applicator/business by request. Upon request, the pesticide applicator/business shall provide a resident with notification of at least 12 hours prior to the application, except for Quarantine and Disease Vector Control only, when conditions necessitate pesticide applications sooner than that time.
