Lakes Regional Healthcare MRI Renovation - Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 4:00pm on March 24th, 2026 at Lakes Regional Healthcare – Big Spirit Conference Room, 2323 US-71 Spirit Lake, Iowa 51360. Use East Entrance L and proceed to elevators down to Big Spirit Conference Room. DESCRIPTION: The work includes, but is not limited to, construction of an MRI space along with demolition and renovation work adjacent to the space for these services; architectural finishes, chiller replacement; associated mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical work. The public hearing will receive comments on the hospital project for the MRI replacement for the Lakes Regional Healthcare. Any individual may file written comments and/or be heard at said hearing.
