Lakewood Township HUD CDBG Action Plan Notice TOWNHIP OF LAKEWOOD PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with 24 CFR 91.05(c)(2) and Subpart B of the Federal regulations relative to Citizen Participation for US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Planning and Development Programs and applicable rules for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, the Township of Lakewood, Ocean County, NJ is releasing its 2026 One Year Action Plan. The Township's CDBG plan is being made available to the public through this notice. The Township will conduct a 30-day public comment period in conjunction with this notice from June 17 to July 17, 2026. The Township of Lakewood Community Development Department will conduct an in-person public hearing on July 16, 2026 at 1pm regarding its 2026 CDBG Action Plan at Conference Room C at Lakewood Town Hall at 231 Third Street in Lakewood NJ . The plan will be also available at the Lakewood Township website at www.lakewoodnj.gov. When the public comment review is concluded, the plans will be re-submitted to HUD for review.
