Land Use Board Borough of Allendale Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Land Use Board of the Borough of Allendale will hold public hearing on June 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Allendale Municipal Building, 500 West Crescent Avenue, 2nd Floor, Allendale, New Jersey 07401 on the application of Joseph Rota at 52 Crescent Bend, Allendale, New Jersey, 07401 Block No. 1905, Lot No. 9 for a hardship variance from Section 270-64B(2) of the zoning ordinance of the Borough of Allendale, and for any other variances or waivers that the Board may deem necessary, for the purpose of building a two-story addition which does not comply with 270-64B(2). The code requires a right-side setback of 24.53 feet. We are requesting a variance to allow a right-side setback of 20.6 feet for the addition, which matches the setback of the existing house structure.
