Scope of work includes but is not limited to the construction of a new 2-Story Elementary School Building with the required 50% Emergency Shelter Component that is required to meet ICC500. Work includes site improvements and the installation of a new dumpster enclosure and PE Pavillion. Project includes major utility and infrastructure installation for new site.
