Legal Advertisement LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT Fort Defiance, Apache County Arizona NAVAJO TRIBAL UTILITY AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NGWSP ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT SERVICES NTUA is hereby contacting qualified engineering consultants to provide assistant management services in the OM&R of the NGWSP facilities. Services are required on a multi-year basis and will initially be up to half of a full-time equivalent employee for the CL, increasing to full-time as the SJL is commissioned. The initial contract period will be for three years, with one or more options to extend up to another three years. Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Andrea Hale, Contract Administrator, by email andreah@ntua.com or at NTUA Purchasing Department, North Navajo Route 12, Fort Defiance, Arizona. Proposal and Cost shall each be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked: for the Proposal "DO NOT OPEN – NGWSP ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT SERVICES (PROPOSAL)" and for the Cost "NGWSP ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT SERVICES (COST)" and received by November 3, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (MST). No late, facsimiled, or electronic mailed proposals will be accepted.
