Legal Advertisement of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that I have, as the owner (or with the owner's consent) of the property commonly described as the address of 370-530 S. Indiana St. Mooresville, IN 46158 (cross section of S. Indiana St. and Moore St.), and legally described by the attached legal description, have filed a petition before the Mooresville Plan Commission, which petition requests a Concept Plan and a Primary Plat included for the said property in order to carve out a parcel on the existing Village Mooresville Station subdivision and to construct a 7 Brew Coffee shop. This petition, File #26-167, will come for hearing at 6:30pm at the Mooresville Town Hall, 4 E Harrison St, Mooresville, IN 46158 on May 14, 2026.
