Pursuant to the provisions of Section 295-143B of the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson Code, Notice is hereby given that: A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 7:00 PM, in the Meeting Room, Municipal Building, 7 Maple Avenue, Hastings-on-Hudson, New York. The Hearing will be held on the application of Nicoletta Barolini for approval to create a new Accessory Dwelling Unit in an existing dwelling, as per Section 295-67D.2(b), on her single-family lot at 110 High Street. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.110-108-60 on the Town of Greenburgh Tax Maps. Waiver required for one (1) off-street parking space and 6 percent over the required maximum of 33 percent of the existing floor area. The Planning Board will, at this time and place, hear all persons in support of such matter and any objections thereto.
