The Hearing will be held on the application of William & Amy Weber for Steep Slopes Approval, as per Section 249-4, for a new swimming pool and related work on their property located at 243 Broadway (South). Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.110-98-1 on the Town of Greenburgh Tax Maps. The Planning Board will, at this time and place, hear all persons in support of such matter and any objections thereto. Plans will be made available for review at the Building Department and on the Village web site, www.hohny.gov, on or before the Friday prior to the meeting date.
