Notice of Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson, New York. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 295-143B of the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson Zoning Code, Notice is hereby given that: A Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 7:00 P.M., in the Meeting Room, Municipal Building, 7 Maple Avenue, Hastings-on-Hudson, New York. The Hearing will be held on the application of Muhamed Ibrahim for relief from the strict application of the Village Code Sections 295-20F, 295-69E, 295-69F.2(b), 295-69G, for the creation of two building lots and a new proposed single-family dwelling on his property at 7 Nepera Place/0 Farragut Avenue. Said property is located in the R-7.5 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.150-155-3 (aka Lot #1) &15b (aka lot #2) on the Town Greenburgh Tax Maps. Non-conformity details are as follows:
