LEGAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF LODI PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Borough of Lodi, at its public meeting held on February 11, 2026, memorialized a Resolution wherein the following determinations were made with respect to several applications of Baked Rooster, LLC pertaining to premises known as 114 Essex Street, Block 174.02, Lot 14, Lodi, NJ (the subject property): 1. 2. 3. 4. The Planning Board approved the application of Baked Rooster, LLC for preliminary and final site plan so that the subject property can be renovated and converted to a retail cannabis facility. The Planning Board approved the application of Baked Rooster, LLC to operate the subject property as a permitted conditional use (retail cannabis facility) pursuant to Ordinance No. 2025-03. The Planning Board acknowledged that all of the pre-existing non-conformities set forth in the Resolution can continue as pre-existing variances/non-conformities. The Planning Board granted Baked Rooster, LLC a Certificate of Occupancy to operate the subject premises as a retail cannabis facility provided all of the conditions set forth in the Resolution are satisfied. This Resolution is on file at the office of the Planning Board of the Borough ofLodi, Lodi Municipal Building, Lodi, New Jersey and may be reviewed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excepting holidays from 8:30A.M. to 4:30P.M.
