Legal Notice Invitation for Bids Woodford County Special Education Association The Woodford County Special Education Association, hereinafter called Owner, will receive sealed bids in duplicate at the office of the School District at 205 S. Englewood Dr., Metamora, Illinois 61548, for plumbing replacement work including labor, tools, equipment, materials and services for construction until 3:30 P.M. prevailing time on Tuesday, April 7. 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Project description: The project includes replacement of the domestic water supply piping at The Black Partridge Day School located at 110 Fandel Rd., Germantown Hills, IL 61548. Not less than the prevailing rate of wages shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work on this project, within the meaning of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/0.01, et seq.).
