PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT ON THE 10th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2025, THE LACEY TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS DURING ITS REGULAR MEETING:
1. Resolution of Approval #V25-07: C type variance to permit & legalize an existing detached accessory structure (Gazebo) with rear yard setback of 2.7 ft where 15 ft is required; & detached accessory structure (shed) with side yard setback of 0.5 ft where 6 ft is required in the R-75A Zone. Subject to conditions. Block: 372 Lot 28, 828 Wave Drive. Applicant: Browne c/o Brian Clancy, Esq.
2. Resolution of Approval #V25-11: C type variance to permit the elevation & expansion of an existing dwelling to 1.5 stories, with garage & foyer underneath, reconstruct existing driveways & drywells, add a sundeck over the existing patio, & covered entrance to the dwelling with front yard setback of 15.55 ft where 25 ft is required in the R-75A Zone.
