Lacey Township Zoning Board of Adjustment
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT ON THE 6th DAY OF APRIL, 2026, THE LACEY TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS DURING ITS REGULAR MEETING:
1. Resolution of Approval #V25-24 c type variances to approval to construct a dwelling on an undersized lot with a lot area of 4,000 sf & 9,000 sf is required on a corner lot, lot width of 40 ft & 90 ft is required on a corner lot, & side yard setback along a street of 14 ft & 20 ft is required in the R-80 Zone, & front yard setback along Bell Vacant L&, Newark Ave., Forked River, NJ 08731. Block 1859, Lot 49 & 50 Applicant: c/o Anthony Pagano Esq.
2. Resolution of Approval #V25-26: bulk variance approval to permit the construction of accessory structures within the side yard setback & in the front yard area, & the construction of a louver overhang within the front yard area of an undersized lot. 1211 Maui Dr., Forked River, NJ. 3. Resolution of Approval #V25-28 c type variances to construct an in-ground pool in a front yard area & an accessory is not permitted, with rear yard setback of 6 ft & 15 ft is required, front yard setback of 9 ft & 20 ft is required; relocate an existing shed that currently encroaches in the ROW of Elizabeth Ct, with rear yard setback of 8.1 ft & 15 ft is required, side yard setback 2.5 ft & 6 ft is required, & front yard setback of 0.5 ft & 20 ft is required; a generator platform & existing A/C units with side yard setback of 3.1 ft & 6 ft is required, & front yard setback to the existing dwelling of 18.6 ft & 20 ft is required (existing non-conformity). 407 Elizabeth Ct., Lanoka Harbor, NJ.
