Legal Notice - Lapeyrouse Field - 3 - LAPEYROUSE FIELD 26-115 LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF LOUISIANA, DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND ENERGY, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, MARCH 31, 2026, upon the application of EXTEX OPERATING COMPANY. At such hearing the Department of Conservation and Energy will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the GG Sand, Reservoir A, in the Lapeyrouse Field, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. 1. To designate the Extex Operating Company-EC St. Martin No. 1 Well (SN 228796), as an alternate unit well for the GG RA SUA, at the location shown on the plat submitted with the application and made a part hereof. 2. To permit the operator to produce the unit allowable from the existing unit well, the proposed alternate unit well, or from the combination of both wells, at its option. 3. To find that the proposed alternate unit well is necessary to economically and efficiently drain reserves from the GG RA SUA which cannot be economically and efficiently recovered by any existing well within such unit. 4. Except to the extent contrary herewith, the provisions of the Office of Permitting and Compliance Order No. 416-R-2, the unit created thereby, and all applicable Statewide Orders, shall remain in full force and effect. 5. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The GG Sand, Reservoir A was fully defined in Order No. 416-R-2, effective May 2, 2006.
