Legal Notice Publication Request – New Castle Housing Authority Bid Notice Notice to Bidders The New Castle Housing Authority (NCHA), New Castle, Indiana, will receive sealed bids at its offices located at 274 S. 14th Street, New Castle, Indiana 47362, until 11:00 a.m. local time on July 14, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened shortly thereafter. The project generally consists of select concrete replacement, bathroom upgrades, entry door replacements, gutter and downspout replacement, community building entry door replacement, and construction of new sheds at the Maplewood Terrace, Forrest Knoll, and Thorncroft properties. Plans and specifications may be obtained electronically from Design House Architects & Designers on or after June 22, 2026.
