Legal Notice In compliance with Title 2 of the Oklahoma Statutes (The Oklahoma Forestry Code), Sections 16-28 and 16-28.2, The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation supplies this notice to adjoining landowners of intent to prescribe burn up to approx. 2 acres (namely 5 individual brush piles within that footprint) of the Arcadia Conservation Education Area in Oklahoma County at some point through Sept. 2025, when the weather conditions are suitable for burning.
