Legal Notice COUNTY OF BRADFORD, SS: COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA WHEREAS, the Bradford County Tax Claim Bureau has filed a Petition with the Court of Common Pleas of Bradford County at 2024 IR 0064 asking leave of Court to sell Real Estate at Public Sale, to be held on September 17, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., free and clear of claims, liens, mortgages and ground rents in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate Tax Sale Law against, inter alia, the following parcel of land situate as follows: South Waverly Borough EVERSON, DAVID, 41-007.05-071-000-000, House and shed NOW, you are notified that the Court has ordered and decreed that a Rule is issued upon you as the assessed owner to be served by publication advertising. You must enter a written appearance personally or by an attorney and file your defenses or objections in writing with the Court to show cause why a decree should not be made, that the above property be sold free and clear of the respective claims, liens, mortgages and ground rents pursuant to the provisions of the Real Estate Tax Sale Law 1947, July 7th, P.L. 1368 as amended (P.S. ss 5860.101 et.seq.)
