Take notice that Anjana Patel has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Edison for Bulk varience C (rear yard setback) variances sougt to build a 2-story addition along the read of the existing residence, which will encroach in the rear yard setback 37-63.1.7 and an existing minimum lot depth 37-63.1.17 and any other variances necessary per said application. Located as Block 557.14, Lot 36 on the property known as 3 Bradford Rd, Edison, NJ, 08820. A public hearing on said application will be held on Tuesday evening, October 21, 2025 at 7:00pm in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Boulevard, Edison, and when the calender is called, you may appear in person or by attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of this variation. if you do not have any objections, you do not need to attend this hearing.
A copy of the proposed plans and application are on file in the Zoning Office for public review during normal business hours; Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm.
