Legal Notice Notice of Public Hearing- Conservation Commission There will be a Public Hearing on October 6, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the 1st Floor Hearing Room at City Hall, located at One Government Center, Fall River, MA, to consider the Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Cptn. Joseph J. O'Connell Company, Inc. to extend the existing commercial marina with at 180 River Street in Fall River, MA. The property on which the project is proposed is shown as Lot 16 on the City of Fall River Assessors Map X-01. The proposed project involves work within the 25ft riverfront area.
