Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that First Century Bank, 1780 North Broad Street, Tazewell, TN 37879, has made application to the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for a full-service branch location at 130 Concord Road, Farragut, Tennessee 37934. Any person wishing to comment on this application is encouraged to submit comments through the FDIC's website at https://cra.fdic.gov. Alternatively, comments may be filed in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office at 600 North Pearl Street, Suite 700, Dallas, TX 75201. Written notice must be made to the Regional Director within fifteen (15) days of this publication as referred to in Section 303.44(b) of the regulations, which addresses public comments. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file in the Area Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
