Legal Notice State of North Carolina, County of Iredell District Court Division, Before the Clerk To the unknown father of Carter James Reaves, male, born 01/24/2017 to Anna Marie Reaves at Fort Stewart, Winn Army Community Hospital, Liberty County, Georgia: The child was conceived approximately May 2016 in Savannah, Georgia. The unknown father is black, met the mother at Tybee Beach, Georgia, went by "Junior", was believed to be age 25-30. A Petition to Adopt has been filed with the Clerk of Superior Court for Iredell County, North Carolina in file number 25SP00401-480. You are required to file a response no later than 40 days after the first publication of this Notice, exclusive of such date. Upon your failure to do so, the Petitioner will apply for a Court Order stating your consent is not required. Any parental rights you may have will be terminated upon entry of the order of adoption.
