Legal Notice The City of Mansfield is seeking to engage the services of a qualified professional engineering firm to provide planning, design, permitting, and engineering services for capital improvements at the City of Mansfield Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The selected firm will be required to support projects necessary to maintain compliance with the City's Ohio EPA Director's Final Findings and Orders (DFFOs) and NPDES permit requirements, and to provide professional services on a task-order basis under a multi-year agreement. Firms responding to this Request for Qualifications shall be of adequate size and sufficiently staffed to perform the professional services described. Letters of Interest must be received no later than 4:00 PM on January 16, 2026. Responses received after this date and time will not be considered.
