Legal Notice Proposals shall be submitted through the www.bidexpress.com web service until Twelve O'Clock Noon, Local Time, Wednesday, January 14th, 2026, at which time they will be publicly received and read aloud, for the project known as: Liberty Park Bathhouse Restoration Copies of the plans and specifications must be obtained from www.bidexpress.com. All bidders must register and be a member of the web service to bid on the project. The requirements for bidders, contractors and subcontractors are explained in the bidding documents. Awarding of the contract shall be to the Lowest and Best bidder as determined by the City of Mansfield's Board of Control in the best interest of the City of Mansfield.
