Legal Notice Oregon Lung Specialists, LLC, was dissolved effective June 1, 2025. This notice is published, pursuant to ORS 60.644, to notify any creditors of Oregon Lung Specialists, LLC, of the dissolution and provide a final opportunity to make claims against the company. To file a claim, a creditor must send a letter describing the claim to the address listed below. The letter must contain all of the following: (1) A detailed written description of the products or services and the dates they were provided to Oregon Lung Specialists, LLC. A copy of the relevant itemized invoice would fulfill this requirement; (2) A copy of any correspondence, including billing statements, between the creditor and Oregon Lung Specialists, LLC, related to the claim; and (3) The name, address, and telephone number of a creditor contact regarding the claim. Claims must be sent to Donna Denning, PO Box 875, Veneta, OR 97487.
