Legal Notice Housing Catalyst will submit an application to the Colorado Divi­sion of Housing (DOH) to request up to $1,500,000 to develop 73 units of rental housing at 3333 Eastbrook Dr. in Fort Collins. The request is to benefit persons with low and moderate incomes by increasing the availability of affordable housing in Fort Collins. It is not the intent to cause displacement from any exist­ing housing; however, if persons are displaced from their existing resi­dences reasonable housing alterna­tives shall be offered. Interested persons are encour­aged to contact the applicant for further information or to request a public meeting. If a public meeting is requested, applicant shall post notice date, time, and location to ensure the public is aware of meeting; persons needing reason­able accommodations may contact the Applicant.
