Legal Notice The Sac and Fox Nation is requesting sealed proposals for Legal Services to secure fee-to-trust status for the Tanger Mall Property (56.93) acres located in Stroud, Oklahoma. Scope of Work: 1. Reviewing the status of the existing submission package for fee-to-trust transactions. 2. Enhancing or developing the legal, cultural and economic rationales for federal approval. 3. Preparing the application narrative. 4. Coordinating with such staff, contractors, local counsel, title insurance companies, and/or other professionals as may be needed to complete the application 5. Reviewing the requisite technical documents for legal sufficiency 6. Assembling the submission package; and 7. Handling such follow-up as may be necessary to facilitate approval of the application Sealed proposals will be received at the Sac and Fox Nation Property & Procurement Office, 920963 State Hwy 99, Stroud, OK 74079. Proposals must be received in the Property & Procurement Office no later than February 13, 2026 at 4:00pm (CST). Bid envelopes must be clearly marked: Legal Services/Fee to trust status Closing: February 13, 2026 at 4:00pm The request for proposals shall be subject to acceptance for a period of no less than ninety (90) days from the date of submittal as set forth by the Sac and Fox Nation. The Sac and Fox Nation reserve the right to reject any or all proposals.
