Legal Notice PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on May 27, 2026, at the Board of Directors for CWA Authority, Inc., intends to hold a public hearing for the adoption of amendments to Resolution No. CWA 3-2011 "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENFORCEMENT OF VIOLATIONS AND ESTABLISHING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION PROCESS FOR VIOLATIONS". The public hearing will be held during meeting of the Board of Directors that begins at 10:25 a.m., at 2150 Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. The proposed amendments to Resolution No. CWA 3-2011 can be reviewed at the Meridian Street lobby at the offices of Citizens Energy Group located at 2020 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
