TAKE NOTICE that Harish Gowda has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Edison for rear yard setback variance (required: 30 ft; proposed: ~20 ft) sought to expand an existing deck maintaining it for residential use. The improvement results in a rear setback of approximately 20ft, where 30 ft is required and as per 37.63-1(7) rear yard and any other variances necessary per said application. Case # Z08-2026.
Located as Block 590.14, Lot 21.01 on the property known as 52 Alexander St, Edison, NJ, 08820. A public hearing on said application will be held on Tuesday evening, May 19th at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Boulevard, Edison, and when the calendar is called, you may appear in person or by attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of this variation. If you do not have any objections, you do not have to attend this hearing.
A copy of the proposed plans and application are on file in the Zoning Office for public
review during normal business hours; Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
